Shipping policy

Orders placed on www.guidedoutfitters.com can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

For Free shipping, please allow 3-8 days to receive your order.
For Priority shipping, please allow 1-3 days to receive your order.
For Express shipping, please allow 1-2 days to receive your order.

Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Any orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Signature is required for all deliveries and DHL will coordinate delivery with you directly by notifying you when they plan on delivering your order. You will have the option to have DHL change your delivery instructions with one of the following choices.

- Schedule Delivery (Alternative Days or Time)

- Leave in Safe Place Options

- Leave with a Neighbor

- Alternate Address

- Vacation Hold

- Collect from a DHL Express Service Center

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. Guided cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. Duty is a tariff payable on goods imported. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods, on behalf of the Government. The rates of duty are established by the Department of Finance and can vary significantly from one product to another and one country to another. Customs and duties are based on various factors, but specifically: Country of Origin (manufacturing and textiles), and value of an item (original value, even if the item is on sale).

There can be additional fees upon delivery beyond taxes and duties.

All Guided orders are shipped within 24 hours except orders placed on weekends, holidays, custom made orders, specialty orders and back stocked items. Orders within the USA, are shipped via FedEx or USPS (APO & P.O. Box’s.). International orders are shipped DHL. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2PM Eastern that day to meet delivery commitment timeline. Expedited delivery is BUSINESS DAYS (e.x 2nd day air ordered on Thursday won't be delivered until Monday not Saturday). Any order placed after 2PM Eastern will increase your delivery by a day, barring any days that UPS doesn’t deliver such as Saturday, Sunday and Major Holidays.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is their responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, or refuses the shipment, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred.

Damaged Shipments

All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 72 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 72 hours after delivery.
